The American Girl Mining joint venture reported record production for the month of March, producing 7,345 oz. gold from its open pit and underground operations. Eastmaque Gold Mines (TSE) owns a 50% interest in the mine which is southeastern California.
Gold production for the quarter ended March 31 totaled 15,023 oz. from the company’s two operations. Eastmaque also owns a tailings recovery project at Kirkland Lake, Ont.
Kirkland Lake produced 5,258 oz. during the period while output at the American Girl operation totalled 19,529 oz. of which 9,765 oz. was Eastmaque’s share.
