Shearson Lehman Hutton has been appointed by Cornucopia Resources (TSE) to act as the company’s advisor in the proposed merger with Galactic Resources (TSE). The proposed business combination between the two companies would see shareholders receive 0.5 shares of Galactic for each Cornucopia share held.
The company expects an evaluation of the proposal will be completed in a few weeks.
