U of T social night

The annual University of Toronto Social Night is scheduled for Oct 27. A popular event in past years, this year’s evening will highlight Herman Derbuch, director of mining for Noranda Minerals, who will address the topic of Automation in Canada’s Mining Industry. All CIM and PDA members are invited to the school’s historic Mining Building at 170 College St., where activities will begin at 5 pm.
