As a result of Tymar Resources’ (TSE) purchase of all the shares of Baja Gold in exchange for Tymar shares on a 1-for-1 basis, DCC Equities now owns 533,875 common shares, or 12%, of Tymar.
DCC is a subsidiary of Dundee Bancorp (TSE). Tymar is a Vancouver-based junior controlled by Murray Pezim.
