Two diamond drills are being moved to Tundra Gold Mines’ platinum- palladium prospect on the Labrador Trough (Permit area No 737) and should be operating before month-end, the company advises.
What it describes as “strong surface mineralization” across widths of 10-60 ft have been noted on two of its four permit areas, with some 300 samples currently out for assay.
Ten thousand feet of core drilling is planned for the current phase of exploration, says President Albert W. Applegath.
