Tri Origin resumes hunt

Junior Tri Origin Exploration (TOE-T) has raised $150,000 by issuing 1 million flow-through shares. Consequently, its outstanding shares have increased to 14.8 million.

Proceeds are earmarked for diamond exploration in Ontario. In the Wawa area, the company plans to expand upon earlier magnetic and induced-polarization surveys that detected anomalies representing possible kimberlites. Drilling will follow.

Meanwhile, exploration continues at the Woodlawn base metal project in New South Wales, Australia. The property hosts three past-producing mines and several prospects.

Funding is being provided by Inmet Mining (IMN-T), which can earn a 60% interest by spending $3.5 million on exploration and paying $280,000 to Tri Origin.
