The Vancouver-based junior holds 26 contiguous claims that cover a strike extent of 16 km along the northern limb of the Lynn Lake greenstone belt. The claims adjoin two past-producing properties: the shear-hosted MacLellan mine, to the west, and the iron-formation-hosted Farley Lake mine, to the east.
Trans America has retained Major Drilling to carry out at least 2,500 metres of drilling. Preparatory work has enhanced several targets near the MacLellan mine, and these will soon be tested, along with anomalous zones and geophysical targets identified elsewhere on the Lynn Lake property.
