An agreement to issue 50,000 shares will allow International Tournigan (VSE) to acquire 100% of certain claims adjacent to its Bear Pass property near Stewart, B.C.
Tournigan will issue the shares to a resident of Stewart, pending regulatory approval. The claims are located in an important geological position to the Bear Pass property where previous work (including drilling) indicated potential for a koroko-type massive sulphide deposit.
