Tombstone plans to raise runds

Having recently applied for a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Tombstone Explorations (VSE) plans to raise $10.8-13 million by selling special warrants at $2.17 each.

Broker Wood Gundy is the agent for the special warrants which are convertible into one common share of the company.

Tombstone has also arranged a private placement of units at $2.17 each, to raise up to US$2.6 million.

Each unit includes one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable at $2.17 in the first year and $2.50 in the second.
