Tom Exploration gains Dasserat porphyry target

Junior Tom Exploration (tum-m) is acquiring the Dasserat porphyry-gold property, which consists of six mining claims and three mining concessions just north of the Larder Lake-Cadillac fault in northwestern Quebec, some 5 km from the border with Ontario.

The deal requires payment of $50,000 and 100,000 shares over four years to a private individual who will retain a 2% net smelter return royalty.

Tom has also given an option to Loubel Exploration (lbx-m) to acquire a half interest in Dasserat in exchange for paying half the acquisition and exploration costs.

A drilling program, now under way at the property, will explore any potential for a large-tonnage, low-grade deposit.

Both Tom and Loubel are based in Rouyn-Noranda and headed by Gilles Fiset.
