An agreement has been reached between Davidson Tisdale Mines and Western Oil and Minerals, a U.S. company, over the Browns Park placer property in Montana. Under the terms of the deal, Western has the right to earn a 65% interest in the property by spending a total of $300,000(US) on the claims.
Davidson Tisdale is active in Montana with joint venture partners Vital Pacific Resources and Marvic Resources, a private company. The partners say that placer mining on the Browns Park claims could be conducted on an 8-month period during the year. Western Oil has begun an evaluation of the property.
