Timbuktu Gold busy in Mali

Alberta-listed Timbuktu Gold has gained a gold property in Mali, West Africa.

The company, formerly known as Choice Software Systems, bought a 32-sq.-km package of gold concessions from British-based Airdrie Resources and a private investor for US$1 million and 10 million common shares of Timbuktu.

Timbuktu will meet certain financing conditions through one or more private placements of up to 4 million shares.
