Temisca makes Belroche offer

An offer from Ressources Temisca (ME) to buy between 51% and all of the issued shares of Gestion Belroche will be voted on by Belroche shareholders on Aug. 30.

Belroche’s assets include a 20-million-tonne silica deposit, a 300,000-tonne quartz quarry and two dolomitic limestone quarries. Temisca plans to issue shares and warrants to make the acquisition. Regulators have yet to approve the offer.
