Teeshin acquires 100% of Dome Mountain

For the purchase price of $1.27 million, Teeshin Resources (VSE) has bought the remaining 33% interest in the Dome Mountain project near Smithers, B.C., from its partner Canadian-United Minerals (VSE). Since Teeshin became involved in the project in 1985, the company has developed an orebody containing 324,000 tons grading 0.36 oz. gold per ton gold and 2.34 oz. silver. The ore zone remains open along strike and at depth.

Teeshin is currently negotiating with several groups interested in providing the necessary capital to put the property into production.
