Teck leases Centurion gold-silver claims

The property is in the West Tintic mining district about 75 miles southwest of Salt Lake City and contains ore-grade gold and silver mineralization.

Teck made an initial payment of $10,000 and a second payment of $25,000 is due Feb 1, 1990. Minimum royalty payments of $50,000 are due thereafter. Royalties on gold earnings are on a sliding scale of from 3% to 8%, while royalties on other metals are 3%.

Teck has agreed to continue exploration and development work on the properties.
