Tashota-Nipigon Mines has reached five separate agreements with various limited partnerships in order to raise up to $4,175,000 for exploration. In return the company will issue about 1.7 million flow-through common shares.
The money will be used to pay the company’s 25% share of exploration costs for the Spud Valley property in British Columbia and on the McWatters and Clerno- McWatters properties in northwestern Quebec. McAdam Resources is the operator on all of those properties. Some of the funds will also go to pay Tashota’s share of exploration costs on the Baie Verte property in Newfoundland.
