The Slave Diamond Syndicate has terminated its agreement with Archon Minerals (VSE).
Archon held the right, up until the end of 1995, to select potential kimberlite targets on claims owned by the Syndicate in the Fishback Lake area of the Northwest Territories. The Syndicate says Archon failed to select any targets or provide it with details from a geophysical survey carried out over the claims.
The Syndicate is 40% held by Gerle Gold (VSE), with the remaining 60% divided equally among Norcal Resources (VSE), Tenajon Resources (VSE) and Westley Technologies (TSE).
