Drillco Industrial Canada, a manufacturer of rotary drilling tools, has pruchased the Canadian division from the U.S.-based parent company. Dic has retained its previous clients and conducts business in the same market as before. Th e compan y plans to expand its product line, sales and service departments, and these plans will ultimately expand the company’s operation in Sudbury.
