Sullivan drilling on Mon-Dor prospect

A second drilling program by Sullivan Mines is getting under way on the Brongniart property of Mon- Dor Explorations, about 18 miles southeast of Chibougamau, Que.

It follows recent completion by Sullivan of a 12-hole program on the property where 1985 work uncovered 32 shear zones. Of those, six were more than 10 ft wide.

Sullivan can acquire a 65% interest in the project by investing $1 million Total expenditure this year by Sullivan will be $250,000.

On another Quebec project (N.M., Aug. 18/86), Mon-Dor plans to spend $1.5 million on a 3-phase exploration program in Dalquier Twp., just north of Amos.
