Stratmin testing

A recovery rate of 98.6% of crystalline flake graphite has been achieved from tests on graphitic material taken from a wholly- owned property located near Mont Laurier, Que., Stratmin Inc. (ME) reports.

The company also says 53.9% of the graphite is contained in the +100 mesh fraction, and the percentage of carbon in concentrates has been improved to 96.9% for +48 mesh, 96.5% for –48 +100 mesh and 93.4% for –100 +350 mesh.

By mid-April, 40 tonnes of graphitic material had been extracted for testing. The company says it has added four claims to its graphite property, the new claims located north and contiguous to the original 18 claims.
