Starmin, Adex sample anomaly

Encouraging preliminary results were received from rock-chip sampling one kilometre west of the Asia Pacific copper porphyry deposit in the Philippines, partners Starmin Mining (TSE) and Adex Mining (TSE) report.

The samples were taken along a creek within soil anomaly A-1. The weighted average grade of all 10 samples is 1.15% copper, 3.22 grams silver per tonne and 44 parts per million molybdenum.

Channel-chip sampling and assaying of the rock-chip anomaly are planned as confirmation. Geophysical survey work, followed by drill-testing of selected targets on anomaly A-1, is to follow, the companies say.
