Spirit Lake names a new president

A new president has been named for junior Spirit Lake Explorations (ME). Noble Harbinson has taken over the top post from John Hansuld, who will remain on the board of directors. Spirit Lake is expected to release a reserve estimate for its Edwards gold property northeast of Wawa, Ont., which underwent a winter drilling program.

Harbinson currently serves as vice-president of another junior, Central Crude (TSE). Serving under him at Spirit Lake will be Dale Hendrick as vice-president operations.

Hansuld, a former president of Canamax Resources, is involved in other business ventures, including the presidency of junior International Platinum (TSE).
