South Crofty closes tin mine

The South Crofty tin mine in England’s famous Cornwall mining district is now closed for business.

South Crofty Holdings (SFH-T) and various other parties tried to secure a long-term future for the mine, but were unsuccessful. South Crofty has since concluded that the mine is longer economically viable.

As a result, South Crofty no longer meets the continued listing requirements of the Toronto Stock Exchange and trading has been suspended until it does.
