Sale of its interest in the Bogosu gold project in Ghana, Africa, has been completed, Sikaman Gold Resources (TSE) said. The Toronto-based company also announced the sale of two other property interests.
Sikaman received about $8.1 million for its 14% interest in the African project. The purchasers are Billiton B.V. of The Netherlands (11.5%) and International Finance Corp. (2.5%).
