Shareholders approve Tenajon merger

Shareholders of Tenajon Resources (VSE) and Royal Scot Resources (VSE) recently approved a proposal to merge the two companies.

The amalgamation is still subject to final regulatory and court approvals which are expected in late July.

Tenajon’s key asset is the SB gold-silver property near Stewart, B.C., a joint venture with Westmin Resources (TSE). Reserves from the SB property are being mined and trucked to Westmin’s Premier Gold mill for processing. Royal Scot also has a gold property near Stewart and is involved in discussions with Westmin relating to the possibility of processing reserves from this past-producing property at the Premier Gold mill.
