The Denver-based junior privately placed 1.4 million special warrants priced at 75 apiece, with each special warrant comprising one share plus one warrant exercisable into another share for 75 within one year.
Seahawk’s last major financing was in the spring of 2000, when the company raised $4 million by privately placing 2.6 million special warrants priced at $1.55 apiece. Each special warrant consisted of a share and a warrant to buy another share for $1.75 within two years.
The company is carrying out a minimum-1,000-tonne bulk-sampling program at Piteiras (T.N.M., Oct. 23-29/00). Results are expected soon.
