Romarco complaint dismissed

A legal complaint filed against Romarco Minerals (R-T), President Joseph van Bastelaar and various other parties has been dismissed.

Filed in Utah late last year by the estate of Henry Austin Belnap, the complaint was related to the Belnap claims in Nevada’s Midas district. The claims were sold to royalty sisters Franco-Nevada Mining (FN-T) and Euro-Nevada Mining (EN-T) for $33 million in late 1998. Romarco plans to continue exploring its other claims in the district.
