Rockwell funds Brazilian project

Rockwell Ventures (RCW-V) has raised the remainder of the $2.2 million needed to begin development at its Pedra Blanca platinum group elements project in Brazil.

Financing for the project was raised under three transactions. Nearly $800,000 was raised after investors exercised 1.3 million share purchase warrants priced at 60 each. Another $910,000 was raised through the conversion of debentures, as well as an additional $546,000 through the exercise of warrants attached to the debentures.
