Resource study centre appoints MacCulloch

Mr. MacCulloch, named “Man of the Year” by The Northern Miner in 1987, recently retired as senior vice-president mining of BP Canada. He will assist the CRS with meetings and seminars, conduct research for the centre and represent it at meetings across Canada and around the world.
