A consultant has completed a reserve calculation for the Asupiri project controlled by Eden Roc Mineral Corp. Located in the Ivory Coast, Africa, the Asupiri No 1 zone hosts indicated reserves of 1.8 million tons grading 0.24 oz gold per ton. Approximately 300 ft north of the zone, limited drilling has outlined a geological resource of one million tons grading 0.1 oz.
On the Aniuri zone, indicated reserves total 703,560 tons grading 0.16. The reserve calculation incorporates a 15% dilution factor, Eden Roc says. A $700,000 exploration program is under way at the project. Work will include additional drilling for metallurgical testing, bulk sampling of surface stockpiles and sampling of existing adits.
