Radisson continues Duquesne sampling

More than 19,000 tons of sampling material have been extracted from the Duquesne mine project north of Rouyn-Noranda, Que., Radisson Mining Resources (ME) reports. Milling of the material has established a recovery grade of 0.28 oz. gold per ton. To March of this year, 9,664 tons at a recovery grade of 0.29 oz. were milled. Three more samples totalling 9,717 tons have since been milled, yielding a recovery grade of 0.28 oz.

Total gold production to date from the sampling is 5,280 oz. President Guy Bourassa said the bulk sample phase will end by the milling of about 3,500 tons at the beginning of September.
