This company recently declared a 25 cents dividend, payable via a complicated i ssue of preferred shares which are also listed on the ASE and are currently quoted $5 bid. You would be entitled to this and possibly a redeemable zinc warrant that it issued some time ago.

While the Winston Lake zinc mine in the Schrieber area is now in production, company has not yet received any royalty returns and is currently i n a legal dispute with the operator, Minnova Inc. Other Zenmac interests include a big sta ke in Madeleine Mines (TSE) and Anyox Metals (ASE). It has recently taken a stro ng financing interest in a gold development in the Timmins area.
