Quebec Explorers trades as QEX Res.

Following a 1-new-for 5-old-share consolidation and a name change, Quebec Explorers has been re-listed as QEX Resources (CDN).

QEX holds interests in six properties, three of which have a mineral inventory of 1.3 million tons averaging 0.154 oz. gold per ton. Four of the six properties are near Val d’Or, Que.

The company recently raised more than $100,000 by way of a private placement with its directors.
