Quebec Cobalt, Arrowhead merger

The amalgamation of Quebec Cobalt & Exploration with Arrowhead Gold Mines has been approved by the shareholders of both companies, Quebec Cobalt President Richard Evarts said recently.

The new company will be called Quebec Cobalt and Exploration/ Societe de cobalt et d’exploration du Quebec and Mr Evarts will act as president.

The shares of the company will be traded on the Montreal Exchange providing it meets the exchange’s requirements.
