Calgary-based Dakota Resources (ASE) says it has been negotiating with a South American group for the licensing of a process and related technology for the development of volcanic ore deposits in South America.
Talks are under way, Dakota says, with a major South American mining company for a commercial field trial of this technology on the latters South American property.
