An exploration program is under way at the More Creek property owned by joint venture partners Adrian Resources (VSE) and Hemlo Gold Mines (TSE).
The polymetallic mineralization on the More Creek property, in northwestern British Columbia, is hosted in stratigraphy described as similar to that of the Eskay Creek deposits about 28 miles to the south.
Previous work on the Main showing returned assays of 0.071 oz. gold per ton, 0.96 oz. silver, 0.50% copper, 0.50% lead, and 2.8% zinc, while sampling on a showing about 3,600 ft. to the south, returned gold values of up to 0.23 oz. The current program includes trenching on both showings to determine their potential along strike in either direction.
Hemlo is not participating in the program and as a result, will have its interest in the joint venture diluted.
