The offering of 12.86 million shares at $18 per share will raise gross proceeds of $231.4 million. A total of 35 million shares will be listed of which 19.42 million will be posted for trading following completion of the offering. Potash Corp. was owned by the province of Saskatchewan and is the world’s largest producer of potash.
