Preliminary drilling by partners
The Orfee zone has been traced for 175 metres along a northwesterly strike. It dips steeply to the north for at least 50 metres.
Seven holes have been drilled, returning 0.69 gram per tonne over 0.75 metre to 34.79 grams (uncut) per tonne over 9 metres. The results are comparable to those obtained from channel samples.
Mineralization is characterized by disseminated-to-semi-massive sulphides in a mixed package of siliceous sediments and iron formation.
Drilling continues.
