Coalcorp Mining– Luis Urdaneta appointed CEO; Stephen Wilkinson and Allan Wakefield appointed directors.

Evolving Gold — Lawrence Dick and Donald Gee have resigned as directors; William Sheriff and Robert Barker appointed directors.

Export Development Canada — Alison Nankivell appointed senior equity manager in Beijing.

Nayarit Gold — Hall Stewart appointed VP of exploration; William Warren has resigned as VP of exploration.

Nevoro– Mel Klohn appointed executive VP of exploration.

Ruby Red Resources — Richard Grayston appointed VP of finance and CFO; James Scott has resigned as VP of finance and CFO but will remain a director. Sabina Silver– John Wakeford appointed senior VP of corporate development; Elaine Bennett appointed VP of finance and CFO. Southampton Ventures — Mario Miranda appointed CFO; Errol Farr has resigned as CFO; Julie Lassonde- Gray has resigned as VP of corporate development.

Thompson Creek Metals — Pamela Saxton appointed consulting financial executive and will become CFO and VP of finance when the company relocates to Denver, Colo.; Derek Price will step down as VP of finance and CFO.

Trillium North Minerals– David Gibson appointed a director; Lawrence Cyna has resigned as a director.

Ungava Mines– Allan Miller has resigned as VP and a director. Vena Resources — Roberto de Romana Letts appointed a director; Silvia Villaizan appointed VP of corporate development.

Yukon-Nevada Gold — Shaun Heinrichs appointed CFO.
