Pelham Gold to explore Monk’s Wawa gold bet

According to Pelham, the decision was taken after it completed a review of the prope rty and it can earn its interest by spending up to $700,000.

From 1985 to 1987, a number of sulphide gold bearing veins were indicated by Monk which conducted 15,000 ft of diamond drilling and drove in a 90-m decline.

During the 2-year exploration period, nine intersections of visible gold were located. Consultant MacKenzie Resources says the B zone measures 112.5 m in length, 1.7 m wide and 115 m dee

The next stage of exploration will include 22,000 ft of diamond drilling, Pelham says.
