The Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada and the British Columbia Securities Commission are hosting a discussion of the new Continuous Market Access system.
The Continuous Market Access system, proposed by the BCSC as a replacement for the prospectus system, requires issuers to keep their material information up to date and enables them to complete an initial public offering without preparing a prospectus that must be reviewed by a regulator.
The discussion is slated for Nov. 28 at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto. Admission is free, though registration is required.
