Parlake options (December 17, 1990)

The shareholders of Parlake Resources (TSE) have approved a proposal to grant options to the president and one director of Parlake. Under the incentive program, the Parlake officers will hold options to purchase an aggregate of 224,500 common shares at 27 cents per share. Parlake shares recently traded at 40 cents, a 52-week high.

The company says it is not in a position to raise capital for its mineral properties at this time.
