Parklane finds in Arctic

Three sulphide mineralized zones have been discovered on the Courageous Lake area property of Parklane Technologies and Highwood Resources. Located in the N.W.T., the property covers approximately five miles of a favorable volcanic unit.

The partners plan to drill test the Ridge zone which consists of quartz veins and disseminated to massive sulphides. Surface samples from outcrop assayed up to 0.16 oz gold per ton. The zone has been exposed for 300 m.

Testing of two other geophysical anomalies has led to the discovery of two additional zones. A drill program is testing both targets. Initial results have returned mineralized quartz veins ranging in width from 11-16 ft.

Near Beardmore, Ont., Parklane is also busy with its Spooner gold project. The company plans to process a small tonnage of surface stockpiled material at a nearby custom mill. On the Hillsborough property in nearby Pifher Twp., additional drilling is in progress.
