Pamorex, Tundra deal

Pamorex Minerals (TSE) has signed an option agreement with Tundra Gold Mines (VSE) to explore Tundra’s Winnie Lake base metals property near Kirkland Lake, Ont. Drilling by Tundra last year intersected a 119.6-ft. section grading 1.67% copper, 1.78% zinc, 0.02 oz. gold per ton and 0.33 oz. silver. The same section included a higher-grading 73.8-ft. interval which assayed 2.58% copper and 2.83% zinc with precious metals credits.

Pamorex, which will start drilling this month, can earn a 60% interest in the property by paying Tundra $75,000 and completing 7,500 ft. of drilling by April 30. Tundra will be the project operator.
