Osborne and Chappel Goldfields (TSE) has transferred 50% of its interest in the Los Lilenes project and 48.6% of its net assets and liabilities, to Odin Mining and Investment.
Osborne has also repurchased and cancelled Odin’s 48.6% interest in the company.
The Los Lilenes project, in which Osborne retains a 25% interest, involves exploration and development of alluvial gold properties in Ecuador. Odin holds the remaining 75% interest in the project.
