Mill testing is in progress on a 100-tonne bulk sample from a wollastonite property near Lac St. Jean, Que.
Orleans Resources (ME) says the sample is being processed at a pilot plant operated by the Centre de Recherche Minerales (CRM) in Quebec City. The tests are aimed at making milling as efficient as possible and expanding the range of materials produced.
Probable and possible
reserves are estimated at 27 million tonnes grading 37% wollastonite.
