The diamond fever infecting the Northwest Territories, Ontario and Saskatchewan appears to have spread to Manitoba with a recent announcement by Orapo Resources.
Orapo, along with joint venture partner Shannon Energy (ASE), has acquired several diamond exploration properties in an undisclosed area of Manitoba.
Orapo says a regional program uncovered “favorable indicators” of diamonds. Geophysical targets were subsequently staked.
