Recently elected as a director of the Goodman Equipment Corp., of Chicago, Ill., is William Downey. During the past year, Downey has helped implement Goodman’s 1986 Mining Business Plan and has helped prepare the 1987 plan. He retired from Dresser Industries in August, 1985, where he worked for 23 years.
