Exploration Mimiska, of Val d’Or, Que., has named Claude Britt as vice-president, exploration. A geologist with more than 15 years’ experience, Britt has worked for Noranda Exploration since 1984. As district geologist, he was responsible for several important gold projects and helped discover the Silidor deposit, which will soon begin production.
