ON THE MOVE (April 02, 1990)

WISEDA Ltd. of Baxter Springs, Kansas has appointed Milt Coleman to vice-president, Pacific Rim Operation. His new assignment involves serving as managing director of the WISEDA Australian division in Perth, Western Australia. Also, Mr. A.K. Braswell, formerly of Unit Rig Co., has joined WISEDA as vice-president of sales. The company manufactures haulage trucks and accessories.

Last year, Dale Roberts was appointed supervisor of Machine Marketing Support, Caterpillar Americas (Caterpillar’s Latin American subsidiary). He had been with Caterpillar News Services since 1985. His successor at News Services is Miss Thoma Mehl.

The recent acquisition of Bailey Controls by Finmeccanica has resulted in the appointments of the following six officers who will manage the company’s operations: Marion (Bud) Keyes, president and chief executive officer; Mike Zaharna, executive vice-president; Vincenzo Cannatelli, executive vice-president; R.K. Sines, vice-president of manufacturing; Jerry Stufflebean, vice-president of finance and administration; and Gordon Woolbert, vice-president of engineering, research and development.

Stan Rust has been appointed president and chief operating officer for Rivtow Equipment of Edmonton, Alta. Rust has more than 20 years experience in the heavy equipment industry, including president and general manager of Tractors & Equipment of New Brunswick.

R.A. (Ben) Grant has been promoted to vice-president of Ecodyne, an Oakville, Ont. -based manufacturer of water and waste-treating equipment, cooling towers and evaporators. Grant joined the company three years ago.
